Who is the Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC)?
The Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a partnership between Gibson Center for Behavioral Change and the Community Counseling Center. The BHCC provides a 24/7 no-wrong-door approach for those experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
At the Behavioral Health Crisis Center, our goal is to stabilize the crisis, while providing a caring and accepting atmosphere. During a patient’s stay our team will provide individualized support to each individual assisting them to create a personal safety plan and providing linkages to community resources.
