Who is the Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC)?
The Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a partnership between Gibson Center for Behavioral Change and the Community Counseling Center. The BHCC provides a 24/7 no-wrong-door approach for those experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
At the Behavioral Health Crisis Center, our goal is to stabilize the crisis, while providing a caring and accepting atmosphere. During a patient’s stay, our team will provide individualized support to each individual assisting them to create a personal safety plan and providing linkages to community resources.

Our crisis response team works hard to ensure all patients’ needs are met by providing short-term crisis stabilization services of 72 hours or less. Spend five minutes answering these questions to help the team better understand how to assist you.

Around the Clock Support – 24/7
The Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a safe, supportive environment that provides emergency access to behavioral health care for the adult population, 18 years of age and up, experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Referrals can be made by community agencies, law enforcement, medical providers, self-referrals, etc. Walk-ins are accepted!
